Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y coordinar la gestión de confiabilidad y planificación de mantenimiento de los equipos bajo contrato.

  • Monitorear periódicamente el estado de los equipos mediante sistemas de confiabilidad online y offline, identificando riesgos potenciales y oportunidades de mejora.

  • Analizar indicadores clave de desempeño como MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidad física y confiabilidad operacional para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del contrato.

  • Participar en análisis de criticidad de activos y en la definición de estrategias de mantenimiento orientadas a maximizar la disponibilidad de los equipos.

  • Ejecutar análisis de causa raíz de fallas utilizando metodologías como RCA, FMEA y FMECA.

  • Elaborar reportes técnicos y ejecutivos de confiabilidad para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller Universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Diplomado en Ingeniería de Confiabilidad y Mantenimiento (deseable).

  • Diplomado en Gestión de Activos (deseable).

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares dentro de la industria minera o sectores afines.

  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
