The role requires working within a team environment from the Seco manufacturing facility and reports to the Area Manager.\nProfile and Position Summary\nAt Seco Tools, we take pride in our round tools facility and our ability to manufacture and ship quality products on time to our customers. This role is responsible for the preparation of raw materials for manufacturing round tools in our facility.\nWe place great value on your personal qualities in this recruitment. You take pride in your analytical and problem-solving skills while having strong experience in medium to low volume manufacturing. You have direct related work experience.\nMain Duties & Responsibilities\nSet up and prepare various departmental machinery in accordance with the Machinery Operating Instruction Manuals in order to meet all job requirements and specifications.\nLoad/unload fixturings/packaging in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications, making the proper adjustments to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment.\nRead and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences.\nAssess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.\nTroubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to resolve problems.\nInterpret drawings, and/or item attributes and follow routings.\nPerform all inspections according to inspection requirements and protocol.\nMaintain product specifications by utilizing the appropriate inspection equipment as required.\nPerform routine operator maintenance as required.\nProper knowledge and use of all required tooling and systems.\nComplete all job related documentation and shop floor data collection accurately.\nAdhere to all aspects of the Quality Management System.\nAssist with the training of additional employees when requested.\nOperate all machinery related to marking (etching), and cleaning line according to required controls and specifications.\nMaterial handling tasks, such dispatching of required blanks and materials to manufacturing orders.\nOther duties as assigned by Supervisor or other member of Management.\nBenefits & Compensation\nSeco Tools offers a highly competitive base salary and generous benefit package.
