About the job

You own the product direction, backlog, and governance for a broad portfolio of connectivity services within Network Services. You ensure that business needs are translated into priorities, guide the product’s evolution, and secure alignment between stakeholders, partners, and strategic objectives. Our current technical ecosystems include products from HPE/Aruba, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Zscaler to name a few.

Job responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Larger Connectivity.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and qualified demand.
• Govern partner-delivered services, including quality assurance, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes.
• Represent the product in governance forums and drive stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
• Building and managing an effective, high performing team of specialists for your product.
• Manage service scope, operational boundaries, and service catalogue governance.
• Drive continuous improvement, value realization, cost management, and innovation across connectivity services such as WAN, Secure Service Edge, carrier services, remote access, and firewall services.

Location and flexibility

This position is based in Stockholm or Sandviken, and we offer a hybrid work set-up.

Your profile

Success in this position comes from combining business understanding with strong product ownership and governance capabilities. You’re comfortable navigating complex environments where multiple stakeholders, priorities, and technology domains intersect. Equally important is your ability to connect strategic objectives with practical execution and measurable outcomes.

Your background includes

• Experience managing and qualifying business demand across multiple stakeholders or product areas.
• Experience working with teams as a leader, using agile methods.
• Experience facilitating governance forums, steering groups, councils, or similar decision-making bodies.
• Experience working at the interface between business and IT, translating needs into structured and actionable requests.
• Knowledge of product, service, or portfolio management within an enterprise IT environment.
• A relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, business, governance, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of connectivity-related technologies is valuable, particularly within WAN, Secure Service Edge (SSE), SASE, remote access, firewall, or carrier services. Experience with Agile product management approaches, portfolio prioritization, financial governance, and change management is also beneficial. Professional proficiency in English is required.

You bring a structured and collaborative approach, creating clarity in complex environments, and helping stakeholders move forward with confidence. Through clear communication, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership, you build trust across business and IT while ensuring decisions are well-governed and aligned with long-term objectives.
