prepares accurate quotes for pricing, builds estimates for special items by gathering information and analyzing material and job costing, and is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production processes.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nEstablish tool Design and Quote standard, modified standard, and custom tools.\nCollect data by interfacing with customers and sales reps to help make a selection of tool types.\nGather manufacturing and engineering data to effectively evaluate production feasibility of the customer request and provide accurate quotations to the customer.\nCommunicate with customers with regards to quotations, applications and design engineering.\nAssist inside sales with order processing, phone calls, and mail during times of excessive load.\nRequest material quotes for materials when needed.\nSchedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels.\nEvaluate supplies for quality and timeliness.\nMonitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.\nProduce reports based on findings and performance of production.\nCompliance with local laws, industry standards, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements, and relevant ISO certifications. \nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.\nBasic Computer and software skills\nManufacturing experience\nEngineering experience\nStrong communications skills\n3+ years of quoting experience is preferred.\n5+ years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Related Role, preferably Aerospace related.\nAutoCAD and Excel\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent proven prospecting and customer service skills.\nStrong reasoning ability to overcome objections and complete the sales process.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nProficient with Microsoft office Products.\nAbility to foster and maintain customer relationships.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nLight work that includes moving objects up to
