As the Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision of employees to ensure work is completed in compliance with company quality and safety standards within area of responsibility, with a particular focus on installations at our customer sites.\nAre you a leader that enjoys motivating others? So now we challenge you to take it one step further and apply!\nWhat you will be doing\nParticipate as part of the workshop team in order to implement initiatives as defined by the Service Manager.\nEnsure workshop personnel complete accurate requisitions as required for work orders.\nOversee work orders and shop jobs to ensure successful completion.\nAssign duties to workshop personnel in order to meet operational requirements and delivery dates.\nRespond to customer inquiries on work order status.\nEnsure conformance to company quality standards.\nMonitor job cost and provide feedback to appropriate personnel.\nNotify manager of any significant deviations from planned work.\nStay current with industry, customer and product developments.\nCoach, motivate, train, evaluate and lead team members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the workshop.\nManage the performance and ensure compliance with company policies for all workshop personnel under their direction.\nParticipate in workshop and personnel scheduling and monitor and approve attendance and work hours.\nMake recommendations for improvement to supervisor.\nPerform other relevant duties as assigned by manager.\nEnvironmental Health and Safety\nWe are ethical and compliant, dedicated to health, safety, and sustainability.
