Engage with customers via phone, email, and/or video calls to understand their needs and communicate those needs/requirements to our internal stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of sales in local CRM/ERP/Accounting systems.\nSupport the Sales Director in the full sales process from order to cash:Create customer quotations\nCreate/send order confirmations and delivery notes\nCreate/send customer invoices\nPrepare reporting and performance analysis on customers\nInventory management and stock control for finished product\nWork with business controlling to monitor accounts and support A/R process\n\nEnsuring compliance with local legislation and Sandvik processes is your priority\nEnsure optimization of in-country logistics and transportation cycle times\nActive contributions to achieving organizational goals\nProvide market & customer feedback to various stakeholders as required\nMonitor customer accounts, ensure adherence to credit limits and payment terms\nSupport establishment of standard process & procedures and keep them up to date\nWork closely with US and International sales team to mitigate supply chain risk\nLimited travel within the US for customer visits and trade shows\nEducation / Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business or communications OR equivalent work experience\nPrior sales experience where new business development has been the focus\nStrong technical background to understand our powder products and applications\nExperience with SAP Sales & Distribution preferred\nExperience with shipping & logistics preferred\nStrong computer skills in office technology (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)\nMust be able to read, write and speak English fluently\nBenefits:\nSandvik offers a comprehensive total compensation package including a competitive package of health, dental and disability insurance, and a 401(k)-retirement savings plan.
