Apply today!\nYour mission\nIn this position, you will be the primary technical expert of the logistics technology platforms at our Distribution Center in Singapore. You will make sure warehouse operations run smoothly through a stable WMS environment, reliable integrations, robust labelling workflows and stable automation interfaces.\nYou will take a leading role in key projects, from solution design to testing and go-live. You will work closely with the global DCIT team and with our technology vendors. As a senior engineer, you will also guide and mentor Application Engineers and share knowledge across the global team.\nIn this position, you report directly to the DC IT Manager. As part of a global business, effective collaboration across regions and time zones is a natural element of the role.\nYour responsibilities\nResponsible for the Blue Yonder WMS environment, including configuration management, lifecycle upgrades, performance and operational stability\nImplement, maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Blue Yonder WMS, the Centiro delivery management platform and enterprise systems\nInvestigate and resolve integration failures, such as API errors, message processing issues and transaction inconsistencies\nSupport labeling workflows, including customer-specific solutions, and validate them during upgrades and changes\nSupport and troubleshoot integrations with warehouse automation, including Locus Robotics, KNAPP, conveyors and scanning equipment\nTake a lead role in key Logistics projects: design solutions, run tests, analyze and correct errors, and report results to project teams\nLead integration testing and release validation during upgrades, releases and configuration changes\nWork proactively with the global DCIT team to align solutions, share best practice and support the Logistics business strategy\nLead technical collaboration with logistics technology vendors, system integrators and automation suppliers, including escalations\nLead troubleshooting of high-impact incidents and carry out root cause analysis Mentor and guide Application Engineers and support documentation and knowledge sharing\nYour profile\nWe’re looking for someone with:\n· A bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, or equivalent experience\n5-8 years of relevant experience with WMS and logistics applications in a distribution or supply chain environment\nHands-on experience with WMS configuration, upgrades and \ntroubleshooting\nExperience with system integrations, APIs and message-based interfaces\nStrong SQL / PL/SQL skills and good knowledge of relational databases\nExperience leading or playing a key role in IT projects, from solution design to testing and go-live\nStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to root cause analysis\nThe ability to explain technical topics clearly and build consensus with stakeholders and vendors\nA collaborative mindset and experience working across regions and time zones\nExcellent English, written and spoken\nPreferred\nExperience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS\nExperience with Centiro or other delivery management platforms\nExperience with warehouse automation or robotics integrations\nExperience with labelling solutions\nOur culture\nAt Sandvik, we are tech driven, innovative, and entrepreneurial.
