As a member of the Product Offering management team, you bring a financial perspective to the development of our offering and its global profitability.\nYou report to the Director of Business Control.\nJob responsibilities\nMonitor, analyze and report on global profitability and business performance, identifying drivers and opportunities for improvement. \nEvaluate product profitability and provide financial guidance for product offering and portfolio decisions.\nSupport forecasting, target-setting, budgeting and scenario analysis.\nTranslate financial insights into clear recommendations for divisional management and other stakeholders within the Sandvik Group.\nContribute to M&A activities and strategic analysis, bringing a strong financial and commercial perspective to decision-making.\nDevelop management reporting, dashboards and business analysis that strengthen transparency and business understanding.\nDrive improvements in financial processes, data quality and internal controls while ensuring compliance with internal frameworks and applicable regulations.\nLocation and flexibility\nThe position is preferably based in Svedala, Sweden, at a site where activities span materials development and manufacturing. This setting gives you a close connection to the products and operations behind the numbers. Global collaboration and occasional travel may be required.\nYour profile \nYou bring solid experience in business control or financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of global industrial business models and profitability drivers. You connect detailed analysis with the bigger picture and are comfortable contributing to management-level discussions on product offering, strategy and M&A.\nYour background includes\nExperience in business control within a global industrial organization.\nExperience with forecasting, budgeting, reporting and performance follow-up in a matrix organization.\nExperience analyzing financial and operational drivers across regions in an international business environment.\nGood knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions, together with excellent communication skills in English.\nYou combine strong analytical skills and an ability to grasp complex issues with commercial curiosity and a strategic mindset.
