SeniorLearningAdministrator

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar y coordinar programas de capacitación y desarrollo a nivel local y regional.

  • Gestionar y dar soporte a plataformas de aprendizaje (LMS), asegurando una experiencia eficiente para los usuarios.

  • Coordinar la programación, logística y seguimiento de entrenamientos presenciales y virtuales.

  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de planes de capacitación obligatorios y requerimientos regulatorios.

  • Generar reportes e indicadores relacionados con formación, certificaciones y desarrollo de competencias.

  • Brindar soporte a líderes y colaboradores respecto a procesos de aprendizaje y desarrollo.

  • Mantener actualizados registros de capacitación, certificaciones y documentación asociada.

  • Colaborar en iniciativas globales y regionales de aprendizaje, desarrollo y gestión del talento.

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar acciones para optimizar los procesos de formación.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Educación, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia en gestión administrativa de procesos de capacitación y desarrollo.

  • Experiencia trabajando con plataformas LMS o sistemas de gestión del aprendizaje.

  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado.

  • Capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento de múltiples actividades simultáneamente.

  • Experiencia en ambientes corporativos multinacionales (deseable).
