Together, we build a high-performing organization defined by curiosity, speed and impact.\nYour profile\nYou bring senior leadership experience from industrial R&D, materials development, process technology or another technology-intensive environment. As a leader, you’re strategic, inclusive and business-minded. You create clarity when priorities shift, build trust across an international network and develop teams that collaborate, share knowledge and keep improving. You make complex technical priorities easy to understand for both experts and decision-makers.\nTo thrive in this role, you also need:\nAn advanced degree in materials science, engineering, metallurgy, physics, chemistry, manufacturing technology or a related field.
