Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software to resolve defects and implement user stories.
- Continuously work to develop a deep expertise in Mastercam’s critical business processes.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary updates to maintain optimal functionality.
- Proactively coordinate with other engineers to decide how best to implement requested changes.
- Conduct code and/or technical reviews, sharing experiences and knowledge with others as appropriate.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for software development.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, II, or Salesforce Administrator certifications a plus.
- 4 - 5 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in declarative development such as fields, objects, flows, permissions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices.
- Experience with standard software development practices such as source control, peer reviews, and unit testing.
- Experience with agile software development.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud required. Revenue Cloud a plus.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation to improve productivity and operational effectiveness, or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and apply such technologies at scale.

This role will focus on integrating an acquired company (to be acquired) to Mastercam per Sandvik's and Mastercam's program and processes - from a compliance and financial controls perspective.
As the integration work will go down over time, the role is expected to take broader BA wide responsibilities e.g. under the common Sandvik compliance program (and also locally for the Hub and our other local business).
