To achieve this, we always act in accordance with our high ethical standards, putting safety first and always showing respect for the environment and the communities in which we operate.\nYour mission\nYou are responsible for the sales optimisation and profitability of rock tools, training and coaching of relevant internal and customer personnel on rock tools and working closely with the Sales and Logistics department to ensure effective forecasting of rock tools. You are also visiting customers regularly with written reports, and facilitating customers' selection and ordering of rock tools, facilitating customer warranty claims, conducting trials and testing on new products at customers’ sites. You are in addition developing customer relationships to ensure customers have a positive experience and remain loyal to the Sandvik brand and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company values and current company policies and procedures. You are open to travel as and when the job demands, in consultation with your supervisor\nYour profile\nWe are looking for a Congolese citizen with a surface/underground mining operational background.
