Our global network and strong culture empower individuals to grow and make a meaningful impact.\nSandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Underground Technical Support Manager (TSM) Drills to join our team.\nPosition Overview\nThis high-profile role to help lead and develop the Product Support and Technical Advisor team. The team provide Service support to maintain the Customer fleet of Underground Mining equipment (Jumbo’s, Solo’s and Cabolter’s) in a fit for purpose state. Ensuring optimum use of available resources to execute safe and efficient maintenance activities whilst ensuring contract KPI’s are achieved by guiding technical staff through both preventative maintenance tasks and breakdown repairs. Manage and maintain projects within the scope of the service contract and provide a link between the Sales organization and the Product line.
