Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team, het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de registratieprocessen en het realiseren van de afgesproken doelstellingen.\nOm succesvol te zijn in deze functie is een goede samenwerking met de Warehouse Operations Managers, Warehouse Supervisors, Planning, IT, Market Support en administratieve afdelingen essentieel. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het warehouse managementteam en levert een actieve bijdrage aan continue verbetering binnen de logistieke operatie.\nTaken:\nToezicht houden op alle activiteiten binnen Incoming Registration.\nAansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers binnen het team.\nZorgen voor een correcte en tijdige registratie van alle inkomende zendingen in de diverse logistieke systemen.\nBewaken van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van de administratieve processen.\nZorgen dat de dagelijkse werklast tijdig wordt verwerkt.\nPlanning van middelen, capaciteit en bezetting binnen de afdeling.\nAnalyseren van operationele KPI's en initiëren van verbeteracties.\nSignaleren en oplossen van operationele verstoringen en escalaties.\nOpzetten, aanpassen en onderhouden van werkprocedures en werkinstructies met betrekking tot Incoming Registration.\nImplementeren van verbeteringen met betrekking tot inbound processen en warehouse operaties.\nIntensief samenwerken met andere warehouse afdelingen om een optimale goederenstroom te realiseren.\nOndersteuning bieden bij kwaliteits-, audit- en EHS-activiteiten binnen de afdeling.\nZorgdragen voor naleving van bedrijfsrichtlijnen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en interne procedures.\nJouw profiel\nMBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau.\nWerkervaring in een logistieke functie, bij voorkeur met een financiële/ administratieve achtergrond.\nMinimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen logistiek, warehousing of supply chain.\nErvaring met logistieke systemen en administratieve processen (inventory, controle en documentatie goederenontvangst).\nAnalytisch denkvermogen.\nErvaring met Excel.\nOog voor detail en hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid.\nSterke organisatorische vaardigheden.\nCoachende leiderschapsstijl.\nGoede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.\nErvaring met procesverbetering, KPI-management (analyseren en rapporteren) en stakeholdermanagement.\nWat bieden wij jou?\nEen functie bij een grote internationale onderneming binnen een informeel en no-nonsense team.
