Your responsibilities will include managing work in progress, handling data entry, processing orders, preparing estimates, and overseeing a wide range of administrative tasks. You’ll also support our service standards by managing parts ordering, invoicing, and purchase orders.\nResponsibilities:\nFollow Sandvik’s safety policies and support our Zero Harm vision.\nMaintain high standards of health, safety, and quality in all work.\nCoordination of all warranty claims \nProcessing of repairs and maintenance jobs \nCreating job estimates / quotes and schedules \nCreating and sending order acceptance/acknowledgement \nAdhere to Work in Progress (WIP) processes for the workshop \nLiaising with Accounts Receivable and Finance on customer credit issues \nProvide administrative support to the workshop \nAbout you\nYou will be a confident user of the Microsoft suite of products, and familiar with Aurora and/or Maximo or similar enterprise management software. To perform well in this role, you will require excellent time management skills and be highly organized. Previous experience in a workshop environment would be beneficial. The ability to work and perform unsupervised is essential.
