This is your opportunity to join our team, and we encourage you to apply!\nWhat You Will Do\nOpen and manage workshop work orders, including assigning purchase orders to repairs.\nPrepare weekly reports on backorders, shipments, and invoicing.\nEstimate job costs and prepare preliminary quotations.\nMonitor work orders daily and coordinate weekly workshop repair schedules in collaboration with the Workshop Supervisor.\nMaintain regular communication with customers to keep them informed about current and upcoming work.\nTrack cost overruns and report them to the Workshop Supervisor.\nInvoice suppliers on a weekly basis.\nCommunicate with the manufacturing facility to track parts and ensure compliance with procedures.\nProcess warranty claims for equipment serviced in the workshop.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEnvironmental Health and Safety\nWe are ethical, compliant, and committed to health, safety, and sustainability.
