expertise in Accounts Receivable, statutory compliance, financial reporting and team management.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes and the ability to independently manage receivables, compliance activities and day-to-day accounting operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, payment follow-ups and reconciliation.\nMonitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.\nHandle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other applicable regulatory requirements.\nEnsure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain accurate compliance records.\nReview and reconcile customer accounts, bank transactions, and general ledger entries.\nPrepare and analyze periodic financial reports, MIS, receivable ageing reports, and collection statements.\nCoordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing, payment, and reconciliation issues.\nMonitor cash flow and support management with accurate financial information and analysis.\nSupervise, guide, and manage the Accounts team, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.\nEstablish and maintain effective accounting controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.\nCoordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders as required.\nIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.\nStrong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and collections.\nGood knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.\nExperience in team management and people supervision.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.\nProficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.\nStrong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
