The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of FMCG sales and distribution processes, trade operations, and business reporting, with the ability to collaborate with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders in the FMCG domain.\nUnderstand FMCG business processes, including sales operations, distributor management, order processing, inventory management, and secondary sales.\nAnalyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.\nWork closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and implementation teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into software features.\nSupport the implementation and enhancement of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Distribution Management System (DMS) solutions.\nCoordinate with clients to clarify requirements, validate proposed solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.\nAssist in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect validation, and requirement sign-off.\nAnalyze sales data, distribution metrics, and operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nPrepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials as required.\nMonitor project progress, communicate requirement changes, and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the FMCG industry.\nStrong understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, retail operations, distributor networks, and order management.\nExperience working with Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), or similar business applications is preferred.\nProficiency in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.\nAbility to communicate effectively with clients, business users, and technical teams.\nStrong documentation, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with FMCG sales teams, distributors, stockists, or trade partners.\nKnowledge of primary sales, secondary sales, beat planning, route management, order booking, and sales reporting.\nExposure to Agile methodologies, Jira, or other project management tools.\nExperience in software implementation, product development, or client-facing business
