Schedule is Monday-Friday 2pm to 10:30pm.\nWhy Join Sanimax?\nBase salary range of $75,000 to $94,000 (based off experience). Bonus potential up to10%.\n\nCompetitive benefits to include a 401k match up to 5%\n\n3% quarterly bonus\n\nStable company that has been in business for 85+ years\n\nPOSITION PURPOSE\nThe Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production operations by empowering and motivating employees to function as a team in the areas of receiving, unloading and processing of raw materials to accomplish the company’s objectives.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES\nEnsure that safety initiatives and programs as directed by the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator are being carried out\n\nMaintain a highly trained and motivated work force\n\nComplete individual performance evaluations\n\nEnsure that all equipment including the boilers, air scrubbers and other process equipment is operated in an efficient manner\n\nGenerate an annual operations budget for all production labor\n\nEnsure that the fleet, processing facilities, and building and grounds are maintained in a manner which meets all company and government safety and environmental requirements\n\nIn coordination with the Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly inspections get completed as required\n\n.LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES\nDrives operational performance through initiative, coaching, training, delegation and accountability in addressing opportunities and problems.\n\nLooks for and implements improvement opportunities.\n\nTakes responsibility for own personal growth and development.\n\nFosters open and consistent communication with own work team and other work groups including but not limited to Production Planner and support Team, Transportation, Procurement and Finished Goods Sales Team.\n\nCoaches and develops employees through constructive feedback and facilitation of professional growth\n\nFosters teamwork\n\nAbility to take action and make decisions in a fast-paced environment\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school education or equivalent is required.
