In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities while ensuring the consistency, scalability, and security of our systems.\nYou will work closely with business and technical teams to develop sustainable solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.\nOur Benefits\nCompetitive annual salary and annual bonus\nFull-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday\nRemote work\nComprehensive group insurance program, including dental, medical, life, and disability insurance\nTelemedicine services and Employee Assistance Program\nPension plan with employer contributions\nReimbursement for gym memberships and physical activities\nProfessional development and career advancement opportunities within the company\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.\nCollaborate with development, support, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless systems integration.\nProduce architecture deliverables, including diagrams, models, and technical specifications.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate tools and solutions.\nContribute to cost estimates and implementation planning.\nProvide support for applications and integrations as needed.\nCoach application resources to address integration issues at the source and help prevent future issues.\nParticipate in vendor negotiations and manage vendor relationships.\nDefine and maintain the organization’s information systems landscape.\nDevelop architecture frameworks to guide IT projects.\nEnsure alignment between business strategies and technology capabilities.\nEstablish and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and principles across the organization.\nStay current on emerging technologies and industry developments.\nSupport IT governance and project portfolio management.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture.\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong knowledge of integration, security, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), microservices, and APIs.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts, provide cross-functional leadership, and work with a high degree of autonomy.\nExperience with technologies and tools such as Boomi Integration, Boomi Flow, Power Apps, Power Automate, GitHub, SQL, Power BI, Java, and Grid.\nAssets\nKnowledge of Infor M3 Cloud, including ION, MEC, EC-CFT Server, API, SDK-H5 Apps, Experience Designer, Velocity Suite, scheduling, and monitoring.\nKnowledge of Ortec, Verizon, and Bizspeed solutions.\nKnowledge of EDI technologies and AI tools and concepts.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.\nExperience working in regulated environments, such as the food industry.\nProficiency in English is required to provide appropriate support to English-speaking clients and colleagues as part of the responsibilities of this position.\nGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!\nFollow us on LinkedIn\nThank you for your interest in joining our team.
