We value team members who take initiative, challenge the status quo, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything they do.\nWhy Join Sanimax?\nBase salary in the $85,000 to $110,00 plus (based off experience)\nBonus potential up to15%\nWe offer a competitive salary and bonus, as well as benefits to include a 401K match of up to 5%\nOpportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to senior leadership.\nA strategic role with direct impact on business performance and financial decision-making.\nResponsibilities Include:\nBusiness Partner in overall financial strategy.\nProactively supporting and constructively challenges the management team in the definition and execution of business plans.\nContribute with constant focus on performance management and with high quality analysis to help strengthen the decision-making processes.\nDrive the financial performance management in both long term and short term KPIs and the selection of relevant measurements.\nMonitor and follow up on main KPIs and ensure that the business management team is taking corrective actions if needed.\nResponsible for weekly/monthly financial statement analysis and performance analysis\nPrepare monthly presentations to be delivered to the Executive Leadership Team. \nQualifications\nCurious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.\nCPA with some audit experience (preferred)\n5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and rigor in data management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with an ERP (preferably Infor M3) and reporting tools such as Power BI is a strong asset.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.\nAbout Sanimax\nSanimax is a privately owned company with over 85 years of history, operating globally across Canada, the U.S., and Latin America.
