This person will provide up-to date and accurate production and inventory movement information to the company customers and partners.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDaily compilation of various shipping reports and documentation from the previous business day’s shipments (BOLs, pallet reports, summary reports).\nStay updated on current day’s loadout schedule, documents late or changed appointment times in loadout log (delayed or rescheduled trucks) and ERP.\nEnter sales and logistic contract information into the ERP system, save electronic copies of documents.\nCreate bills of lading and generate picking lists for loads scheduled for the next day.\nComplete inventory reports from previous day’s production.\nTroubleshoot shipping issues, ensure loadout has support for picking list generation and other systems support if issues arise.\nRun production reports assigned by manager.\nKNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:\nMust be able to work on a computer, use Microsoft Word and Excel.\nPrefer experience in administrative functions or the desire to learn.\nExcel at communication with various groups of people.\nMust be able to trouble shoot problems and be a self-starter.\nEDUCATION\nHigh school diploma\nGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!\nFollow us on LinkedIn\nThank you for your interest in joining our team.
