The schedule will be Monday thru Friday from 2 pm to 10:30 pm.\nWhy join Sanimax?\nPay starts at $23.13 (includes a shift premium and attendance premium)\n\nFull benefits to include Health, Dental, Vison, Short/Long Term Disability and a matching 401K up to 5%\n\n3% Quarterly Bonus\n\nOpportunity for advancement\n\nStable and growing company that has been in business for 85+ years\n\nAs a Plant Operator you will be responsible for:\nVarious plant production functions which will include loading tankers and rail cars with finished product, mill checks, transferring and unloading product, and collecting inventory\n\nBacking and dumping trailers into staging areas\n\nPartnering with the supervisor or maintenance to trouble shoot and repair equipment failures.\n\nMaintain a safe and clean working environment\n\nSeek better ways by communicating with the shift supervisor on cost saving ideas or recommendations involved in the plant operations\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team\n\nSkills and Experience:\nMinimum 18 years age\n\n1+ year experience working in a plant environment preferred\n\nExperience with forklift, skid steer or other operating equipment is a plus\n\nAbility to learn various tasks and computer system\n\nStrong communication skills\n\nCan work independently when needed, while being a team player\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nCan lift 30-50 pounds comfortably on a regular basis\n\nWalking/standing consistently through the shift\n\nClimb stairs and ladders\n\nWorking inside and outside as needed\n\nGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!\nFollow us on LinkedIn\nThank you for your interest in joining our team.
