From identity and privileged access to security operations, incident response and information protection, you’ll have genuine scope to influence what comes next. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead our cyber security strategy and roadmap.\nLead and develop our Information Security team.\nStrengthen identity, Conditional Access and Privileged Access Management.\nLead security operations, SIEM, threat detection and incident response.\nDrive vulnerability management and information protection.\nStrengthen governance aligned with ISO 27001 and Essential Eight.\nPartner with senior leaders to manage cyber risk and build resilience. \nWhat You’ll Bring\n8–10+ years’ experience in cyber or information security.\nLeadership experience within a security environment.\nStrong expertise across identity, access management, PAM and security operations.\nExperience with ISO 27001 and cyber risk frameworks.\nStrong incident response, vulnerability and threat management capability.\nThe ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn complex security risks into clear business decisions. \nHighly regarded: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Microsoft Security or ISO 27001 certifications, plus experience within FMCG, manufacturing or operational technology environments.\nWhy Sanitarium?\nThis is more than maintaining an existing security environment.
