Depending on the department, you may operate production equipment, monitor processes, complete quality checks and work with others to achieve daily production requirements.\nWe have a range of full-time and part-time opportunities available across day, afternoon and night shifts.\nShift Patterns\nOur Berkeley Vale manufacturing operations run from Sunday through to Friday, with a range of shift patterns across our departments. Depending on the role and production area, your roster may include hours within the following:\nDay ShiftMonday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pmFriday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm\nAfternoon ShiftSunday to Thursday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pmFriday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm\nNight ShiftSunday to Thursday: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am\nRegular overtime may also be available based on operational requirements.\nWhat you will be doing\nYour responsibilities may vary between departments, but will generally include:\nOperating and monitoring manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.\nSupporting the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the production area.\nCompleting product checks, testing and production records accurately.\nFollowing workplace health and safety, food safety, quality and hygiene requirements.\nIdentifying and raising safety, quality or operational concerns.\nCleaning equipment and maintaining a clean and hygienic work area.\nWorking collaboratively with teammates, leaders and other departments.\nContributing ideas that improve safety, quality, efficiency and team performance.\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe recruit on character as much as capability.
