You’ll have the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, influence key stakeholders and play an important role in delivering our innovation agenda.\n\nYou will:\nLead the delivery of approved innovation projects.\nBring together cross-functional teams to achieve agreed business objectives.\nDevelop clear project plans and manage resources effectively.\nKeep key stakeholders informed on project progress.\nMonitor deadlines, milestones and project deliverables.\nIdentify challenges, make recommendations and keep projects moving.\nCoordinate meetings and resources across different areas of the business.\nBuild strong relationships and create alignment across multidisciplinary teams\n\nAbout you\nYou are an organised, proactive and commercially minded project professional who knows how to bring people together and get things done.\nYou’re comfortable working across different functions, managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders to keep projects on track.\n\nYou will bring:\nDemonstrated experience successfully delivering projects.\nAt least three years’ experience within food-related FMCG.\nExperience working with or supervising multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong planning, organisation and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder-management capability.\nThe confidence to work independently and take ownership.\nExperience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.\nA relevant bachelor-level qualification in Project Management, Science, Marketing, Management or Engineering.\nA current Australian driver’s licence.\n\nWhat will help you succeed\nYou will be someone who:\nBrings energy and momentum to projects.\nPlans ahead and keeps people focused on key milestones.\nBuilds strong relationships across different functions.\nConfidently influences and gains stakeholder buy-in.\nMakes decisions and takes ownership when challenges arise.\nCommunicates clearly and confidently.\nStays organised and effective when priorities compete.\nKeeps projects focused on delivering the right outcome.\n\nBenefits of working at Sanitarium\nAt Sanitarium, we support our people both at work and beyond.
