Your scope will include preventative and corrective maintenance planning, shutdown coordination, maintenance systems, contractor coordination and oversight of the maintenance stores team.\n\nWorking closely with Maintenance, Production, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance, you’ll turn operational priorities into practical, well-prepared maintenance plans that improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDevelop detailed work plans covering labour, materials, tools, permits and contractor requirements, while maintaining an organised and prioritised maintenance backlog.\nBring together work scopes, resources and schedules, ensuring contractors are prepared and site requirements are met.\nBe the site’s key contact for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supporting accurate asset records, quality work orders and practical training for users.\nLead and support the stores team, coordinate purchasing and maintain critical spare parts availability while managing inventory effectively.\nUse maintenance data and equipment history to identify recurring issues, strengthen preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement.\nWork closely with production and maintenance stakeholders to align priorities, monitor progress and report on maintenance performance.\nBuild site safety, food safety, hygiene and compliance requirements into maintenance planning and contractor activities.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’re organised, technically minded and comfortable working across teams to get things done.
