You'll build strong partnerships with key store decision-makers and lead a team of third-party merchandisers to ensure exceptional execution of promotions, displays and category initiatives.\n\nThis is a highly autonomous role that combines relationship management, coaching, commercial analysis and hands-on execution to deliver outstanding results for both Sanitarium and our retail partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGrow sales, market share and distribution across your territory.\nPartner with key decision-makers in Coles, Woolworths and independent stores.\nExecute promotional programs and in-store activations.\nIdentify and convert incremental sales opportunities using data and insights.\nEnsure planograms and merchandising standards are executed to a high level.\nManage the execution of displays and promotional activity.\nMonitor competitor activity and market trends.\nMaintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities.\nServe as the primary point of contact for stores within your territory.\n\nLeadership\nLead, coach and develop a team of third-party merchandisers.\nAllocate resources and optimise merchandiser schedules to deliver results.\nProvide ongoing training, support and performance feedback.\nManage merchandiser budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.\n\nAbout You\nYou are a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on influencing outcomes and building long-term partnerships.
