As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of key manufacturing or packing machinery. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality products that change lives every day.\nAs a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while working closely with others across the production team.\nReporting to the Senior Team Leader on shift, we are seeking candidates to fill a role on Night Shift.\n\nNight Shift Hours\nMonday: 1:00am - 7:00am\nMonday – Thursday: 11:00pm - 7:00am\n\nKey responsibilities include:\nCoordinate activities with the RMA and Filling areas for efficient and continuous operations.\nMix batches as per the production plan.\nMonitor the UHT process and check for any leaks or issues.\nSend the treated batches to the correct filler.\nRecord data as required and undertake product testing.\nClean and maintain hygiene in the UHT area.\nContribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and team performance. \nWho Will Thrive In This Role?\nAt Sanitarium, we recruit on character as much as capability.
