Local 19.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepares and maintains all hot and cold foods according to work orders, schedule, and production sheets.\nStores all food in refrigerated boxes including covers, labels and dates, using the proper containers to protect against waste and spoilage.\nUse leftovers and maintain proper storage of leftovers on hot food side.
