The position identifies compensation policy and practice opportunities which may make a positive difference to the business and the employee experience, and makes recommendations for change.\nWhat Will You Be Doing?\nConduct reviews of functional areas; analyze market trends; complete statistical reports and assist in the development of recommendations and action plans designed to attract, retain, and reward employees.\nProvide support for HR partners by supplying appropriate pay grades, ranges and pay data for new positions, new hires, promotions, etc.\nComplete research and analysis to ensure pay plans and ranges remain competitive; make recommendations for adjustments and compensation program enhancements.\nPrepare salary survey submissions, market assessments and associated analysis.\nAdminister the annual merit and bonus process including managing data, conducting trainings, analyzing changes, and providing logistical support and compensation guidance to HR and managers.\nMaintain job description library, draft and update job descriptions, evaluate jobs, and determine their classification.\nAssist with analytics, creating reports and presentations for HR Leadership.\nIn conjunction with the HRIS team, support development and maintenance of compensation data, tables and overall set-up in all HRIS systems, maximize HRIS system capabilities to administer all compensation programs effectively and efficiently.\nAssist in resolution of routine compensation concerns and responds to issues and questions from managers and employees.\nMonitor and audit pay practices to ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and wage and hour laws; conduct FLSA assessments.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nComply with all policies and standards.\nWhat Are We Looking For?\n6+ years of education or equivalent experience in HR or related field including 2+ years supporting a Compensation function\nProfessional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI or equivalent certification preferred\nCCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred\nGeneral understanding and knowledge of wage and hour laws and compensation practices, including state equity pay regulations and FLSA compliance guidelines.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel knowledge; ability to create comprehensive spreadsheets and relational databases/tables and dashboards. PowerBI experience preferred.\nExcellent research skills and great attention to detail.\nStrong organizational skills, to include the ability to prioritize projects and meet established or anticipated deadlines.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.\nProfessional oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to follow instructions and work independently in the completion of assigned tasks.\nWhat's Our Offer?\nSalary Range: You`ll earn between $38.54 - $48.08 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.\nBonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.\nPaid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds.
