The Distribution Center (DC) Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of department operations including planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping functions to ensure a smooth and consistent operation. The DC Supervisor provides support to employees and, at the discretion of DC leadership, other departments as necessary. What Will You Be Doing? · Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge. · Oversee all aspects of the distribution center to ensure the products are processed and delivered in an accurate and timely manner. · Provide day-to-day direction and development to hourly staff to include coaching, counseling, career development, and corrective actions. · Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide continued feedback on overall performance. · Interview and hire new employees. · Collaborate across departments to drive optima
