Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead your Scrum team with a servant leadership approach, empowering members to self-organize and take ownership\nSupport the Product Owner in managing the backlog\nRun all Scrum team ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)\nCoach the Scrum team in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices\nRemove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement\nChampion consistent and effective Scrum principles and practices across all teams working on complex commercial data products\nBridge communication and collaboration across Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders\nDevelop and deliver training sessions and workshops on Agile practices tailored to the Digital GBU products context\nEstablish and evolve visual management systems (Kanban boards, burndown charts), leveraging data analytics to track performance and surface improvements\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration on data products, adapting agile practices for exploratory work and data quality iterations\nBuild team environments where members feel comfortable raising impediments, sharing failures as learning opportunities, and challenging assumptions constructively\nTake ownership of agile transformation efforts, collaborating across teams and driving initiatives with minimal oversight\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste in product development, coaching teams on lean principles, and aligning improvements with organizational goals\nAbout You\nExperience & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree;
