SBO strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.\nThe Analyst, Tender Data Management plays a critical role in supporting Sanofi's commercial and market access operations by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and availability of tender-related data across markets. This position sits at the intersection of data management, business intelligence, and commercial strategy, enabling informed decision-making that ultimately supports patient access to Sanofi's portfolio of medicines and vaccines.\nAs a key contributor within the Tender Management function, the Analyst will be responsible for collecting, validating, and maintaining tender data, generating actionable insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to support successful tender submissions and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe overall purpose and main responsibilities are listed below:\nDataStewardship: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of tender data - collection, validation, maintenance, and governance across assigned markets or therapeutic areas\nAnalytical Support: Deliver actionable insights on tender outcomes, pricing trends, and competitive positioning to inform commercial and market access strategy\nCross-functional Partnership: Act as the central data partner for commercial, pricing, and market access teams, enabling informed decision-making\nTender Operations: Support the full tender lifecycle from preparation and submission through to compliance monitoring and archiving\nContinuous Improvement: Drive process excellence and digitalization within the tender data management function\nProcesses:\nResponsibilities focused on workflows, systems, compliance, and operational execution\nCollect, consolidate, and maintain comprehensive tender data from internal and external sources\nManage data entry and updates across tender management platforms and databases\nMaintain and continuously improve tender databases and data repositories\nImplement and monitor data quality controls, conducting regular audits\nDevelop and enforce data governance standards and best practices\nEnsure data is stored in compliance with Sanofi's internal policies and applicable data protection regulations\nAssist in the preparation and coordination of tender submissions\nMonitor compliance with tender contractual obligations (volumes, pricing, reporting)\nAlert relevant stakeholders to upcoming deadlines, changes, or compliance risks\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation\nIdentify inefficiencies and proactively propose and implement process improvements\nContribute to the digitalization and automation of tender data processes\nPerformance\nResponsibilities focused on outcomes, insights, KPIs, and strategic value delivery\nValidate data accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner\nEnsure all tender-related information - pricing, volumes, timelines, award outcomes - is accurately recorded and up to date\nAnalyse tender results, win/loss rates, pricing trends, and competitive positioning\nPrepare regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders\nTrack KPIs related to tender performance and contribute to strategic reviews\nStakeholder Engagement\nResponsibilities focused on collaboration, communication, and human interaction\n· Work closely with commercial, and market access colleagues to provide data-driven support for tender strategy development\n· Serve as a reliable data partner, responding to information requests and providing analytical support for business decisions\n· Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute tender data insights to broader commercial discussions\n· Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on data standards, reporting formats, and tender processes\n· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and approvals within defined timelines\n· Support the onboarding and training of new team members on tender data tools and processes\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nAdvanced degree in areas such as Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field (e.g., PhD / MBA / Masters)\nExperience\n• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in data management, business analysis, market access, or a related function.\n Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.\nFamiliarity with public tender processes or government procurement frameworks is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, macros).\nExperience working with databases and data management tools (e.g., SQL, Access, or equivalent).\nProficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).\nSoft skills\nStrong learning agility; Ability to manage ambiguous environments, and to adapt to changing needs of the business; Good interpersonal and communication skills; strong presentation skills is a must; Team player who is curious, dynamic, result oriented;
