At Sanofi, you’ll be empowered to learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life - all while supported by inspiring mentors and collaborative teams.\nMain responsibilities\nContribute to a defined analytical science project aligned with your academic interests and the team’s current project portfolio.\nSupport the development, improvement and troubleshooting of analytical laboratory methods.\nGain hands-on exposure to analytical techniques which may include HPLC, capillary electrophoresis and other laboratory technologies, depending on the project assigned.\nExplore how automation and digital tools can improve laboratory processes, including opportunities to work with robotic or automated sample-preparation systems.\nHelp investigate scientific challenges, evaluate results and contribute ideas to potential solutions.\nWork closely with scientists and other team members, sharing progress, observations and learnings throughout your project.\nFollow laboratory procedures and safety requirements while developing your understanding of safe and responsible working practices in a biopharmaceutical environment.\nAbout you\nTo excel in this role you will need to have:\nBe a current university student studying Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related scientific discipline, and be required to return to university to continue your studies after completing the internship.\nHave an interest in analytical science and applying your academic knowledge within a practical laboratory environment.\nBe curious about new technologies, digitalisation and laboratory automation and open to learning new systems and techniques.\nBring a logical, structured and patient approach to problem solving, with the curiosity to understand why things work the way they do.\nBe comfortable working collaboratively, communicating with others and contributing as part of a laboratory team.\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to laboratory safety and willingness to follow required procedures and training.\nDemonstrate the ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and show initiative in identifying and completing tasks\nIt would be a plus if you have\nPrevious academic or practical exposure to areas such as HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, dot blot, SDS Page, analytical method development, laboratory automation, robotics or digital laboratory tools would be beneficial, but is not essential.\nIf your university project, final-year project or other academic work involves one of these areas, we’d be especially interested in hearing how your interests could connect with the work of our team.\nAbout Sanofi\nWe’re an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
