In this role, the Launch Lead will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for launches of all therapies, pipeline or otherwise, driving operational excellence, business value, and measurable outcomes across all launch initiatives.\nThe Launch Lead will own the end-to-end launch roadmap, leading the strategic planning and prioritization of capabilities and enhancements required for successful go-to-market execution. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners across PSS and Digital Teams to ensure launch readiness, alignment, and timely delivery.\nThe ideal candidate is solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, and flexible, with strong experience managing multiple matrix teams, including external vendors, in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
