This individual is responsible for performing production activities in accordance with volume demands, business needs, and effective procedures - while upholding the highest standards of aseptic technique, cGMP documentation, and team collaboration. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain responsibilities:\nSafety\nFollows all procedures put into effect to ensure your safety as well as the safety of others\nReports all safety issues, concerns, incidents, and near misses to team leadership\nActively participates in monthly safety meetings and safety walkthroughs coordinated by the department's safety team\nProvides input for potential safety issues and contributes ideas for corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs)\nUtilizes +QDCI boards to track and resolve safety issues\nQuality & Compliance\nMaintains regulatory audit understanding and awareness\nCompletes Shop Floor Gemba walks to ensure area compliance\nEnsures document revisions, logbooks, and forms on the production floor reflect the correct and current revision\nUnderstands the function of the quality group and works with them to maintain a positive rapport\nOperations & Delivery\nPerforms production in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures - maintaining flexibility to support staffing changes\nMaintains training for and completes closed system connections and sampling requirements\nCompletes wetting and testing of process-related filters\nEnsures all required water samples (WFI, Clean Steam, DI) are performed to keep the building GMP compliant\nPerforms routine inventories and escalates missing equipment or materials to senior staff or management\nConsults schedule on a routine basis to ensure all parts and materials are available\nEnsures segregation of components and maintains proper aseptic gowning\nEnsures all required materials are available for continuous operation of the filling line\nUnderstands changeover steps for the process\nLoading and unloading of autoclaves; washing and wrapping of parts; commodity movement in prep; disinfectant preparation\nParticipates in production systems including SAP, Labware/LIMS, Trackwise, RT Reports, eDoc, HMI, SCADA, and Virtual Standards\nCompletes all SAP transactions in real time\nWorks to prepare assigned areas for oncoming shifts to ensure continuous operation\nArrives on time and actively participates in Shift Change\nCost & Efficiency\nExecutes procedures as documented to avoid deviations and reduce waste\nResponsibly uses materials in an efficient manner\nUtilizes Operating Management System (OMS) tools to ensure efficient processing\nWorks to resolve common production issues\nInvolvement & Team Development\nWorks to become trained in all assigned training modules\nTrains and orients new team members (at any level) as assigned\nActively communicates improvement ideas, issues, and concerns to team members along with providing solutions\nParticipates in and leads team meetings with professionalism, respect, and confidentiality\nWorks with senior technicians and managers to ensure continuous, adequately staffed operations\nAssists with identification and closure of area irritants\nAbout you\nQualifications:\nRequires good mechanical skills, computer skills, and attention to detail\nMust have basic mechanical aptitude, good comprehension skills, retention skills, troubleshooting ability, and manual dexterity\nPrior or related cGMP or Pharmaceutical experience are preferred\nHS diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in cGMP or Pharmaceutical or any manufacturing experience\nAssociate's degree with 6+ months in cGMP or Pharmaceutical or any manufacturing experience\nBachelor's degree with or without cGMP or Pharmaceutical or any manufacturing experience\nPrior experience preferred in: Water Sampling, Equipment Prep, or Tank Movement\nMust have knowledge and access to systems: SAP, Master, SCADA, RT Reports, and Labware OR SAP and HMI\nAll other duties as assigned\nSkills & Competencies:\nBasic mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and attention to detail\nProficient computer skills with working knowledge of SAP, HMI, SCADA, RT Reports, and Labware\nExcellent comprehension, retention, and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to maintain aseptic gowning and physical dexterity requirements\nPrior cGMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred\nWhy Join Our Team?\nAt Sanofi, we chase the miracles of science - and it starts on the production floor.
