It will contribute to corporate policy, insights programs and more as required.\nMain Responsibilities:\nResponsible for overarching delivery of all government, policy, media, social, and GM communication activities for specified Business Units and/or therapeutic areas.\nEnsure strategies and activities, for each Corporate Affairs discipline, are crafted with clear objectives and KPIs.\nEnsure product market readiness and launch campaigns are delivered to a high standard with clear objectives and KPIs.\nLead policy development and advocacy activities specific to those Business Units and/or therapeutic areas. Contribute to One Sanofi policy positions.\nLead and oversee all government, industry, patient group / HCO and community relationships related to those Business Units and/or therapeutic areas. Ensure all Sanofi policies and procedures are followed while managing those relationships.\nProtect reputation -support leaders to exercise good judgement in business decisions and stakeholder engagement.\nManage relevant issues and lead crisis management support\nManage external agency partners as their work applies to those Business Units and/or therapeutic areas corporate affairs activities.\nResponsible for developing and reporting key impact measures\nAbout you:\nEssential Qualifications\n10+ years, in senior Corporate Communications, Public Affairs or Corporate Affairs roles in large organisations.\nExperience managing complex stakeholder relationships to deliver outstanding results.\nExperience providing Corporate Affairs counsel to senior leaders on complex matters of potential public interest.\nBachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, politics or similar.\nDemonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.\nDesirable Skills and Experience\nCorporate Affairs experience in the healthcare industry.\nIssues Management of complex corporate issues.\nPursue progress, discover extraordinary\nBetter is out there.
