Our values-Aim Higher, Act for Patients, Be Bold, and Lead Together-guide everything we do.\nMain responsibilities\nPropose and establish technical designs that meet business and technical requirements\nBuild, optimize and maintain data and ETL pipelines, making sure they are tested, validated and ready for production\nGather and organize large, complex data assets and analyze them to unlock business value\nPartner with business and product teams to translate needs into technical solutions\nPromote best practices in code management, automated testing, CI/CD and deployments\nCoach fellow data engineers and conduct peer reviews to ensure quality, consistency and rigor\nCreate clear documentation to support knowledge transfer, training and maintenance\nContribute actively to the Data Engineering community, helping define leading practices and frameworks\nCommunicate results and findings clearly to stakeholders, while complying with data quality, security and governance standards\nAbout You\nExperience: 6+ Years of experience in data engineering, integration, data warehousing or business intelligence, working in cross-functional teams on complex data architecture challenges. Life sciences or pharma experience is a plus\n Technical skills: Spark/Scala, Informatica/IICS or dbt; Python and shell scripting; strong SQL, relational databases, data modeling and query tuning; cloud data platforms (Snowflake is a plus); orchestration tools (Airflow is a plus); source code management (GitHub is a plus). Familiarity with batch, near real-time and streaming ingestion and with data warehouse concepts (data mesh is a plus)\nSoft skills: Pragmatic problem-solver with technical intuition and attention to detail.
