Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain responsibilities\n\nInvestigate bioinformatics and data science approaches to assess and prioritize vaccine targets and antigen selection that meet the evolving analytical needs of vaccine projects.\nDesign and apply bioinformatics and data science methods - including bacterial comparative genomics, phylogeny, functional prediction, omics data analysis - to establish robust evidence of association and causality between infections and diseases.\nDevelop and maintain bioinformatics tools, pipelines, and databases that support antigen target identification and selection.\nInterpret and communicate scientific findings clearly to both computational and experimental colleagues, contributing to publications, reports, and internal presentations.\nCoordinate cross-functional project activities with Vaccines R&D data and digital teams as well as broader Sanofi stakeholders, defining action plans and ensuring steady project progression.\nAbout you\nBasic Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a related field with 3+ years of bioinformatics research experience in academic and/or industry settings.
