You will work as part of a global Consumer Experience (CX) team and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and business stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.\nAbout You\nYou are a product designer who combines strong interaction and visual design skills with sound product judgment.\nYou are comfortable working in an environment where requirements may not always arrive fully defined. You know how to ask the right questions, identify what information is missing, create structure from ambiguity, and move work forward without waiting for every detail to be provided.\nYou bring a design point of view to the table rather than simply executing requirements. You can translate business and user needs into clear experience recommendations, communicate the rationale behind your decisions, and work constructively with Product and Engineering to refine solutions.\nYou are organized, proactive, and reliable. You communicate clearly, manage priorities effectively, follow through on commitments, and raise risks or changes early.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn product design work from problem definition through detailed design and development handoff.\nPartner with Product to understand the business problem, user needs, constraints, and desired outcomes, then develop and recommend appropriate experience solutions.\nConduct lightweight research, competitive review, benchmarking, and design exploration as needed to inform decisions.\nCreate clear information architecture, user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that show how the overall experience fits together.\nBalance product-level thinking with attention to interaction, visual design, content, edge cases, and error states.\nWork iteratively with Product and Engineering, sharing work early, incorporating feedback, and refining solutions rather than waiting for perfect inputs.\nClearly communicate design recommendations, decisions, progress, risks, and next steps in meetings and written documentation.\nPrioritize effectively across competing requests and stay focused on agreed product and delivery priorities.\nMaintain design documentation and specifications that are clear enough for Product, Engineering, and other designers to use.\nParticipate actively in Agile ways of working, including planning, reviews, demos, and cross-functional discussions.\nApply and contribute to Sanofi design systems, standards, and the One Sanofi Experience.\nUse AI-enabled design and prototyping tools thoughtfully to accelerate exploration and execution while applying independent design judgment to the final outcome.\nBuild productive working relationships across global and local teams and contribute to a collaborative design culture.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Design, HCI, or related field.\n3+ years of product, UX, or interaction design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating your design process and shipped digital products.\nStrong product design fundamentals, including interaction design, information architecture, user flows, prototyping, and visual design.\nDemonstrated ability to work through complex or ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable design solutions.\nAbility to work independently while knowing when to seek input, alignment, or support.\nExperience partnering directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain design decisions clearly and concisely.\nStrong prioritization, organization, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.\nExperience with iterative design and Agile product development.\nProficiency with Figma and collaborative design tools such as FigJam or Miro.\nExperience working with design systems and responsive digital products.\nFamiliarity with rapid prototyping and AI-enabled design tools.\nWorking knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is helpful.\nExperience in healthcare, life sciences, enterprise products, or other complex domains is a plus.\nWhat will help you succeed\nSuccess in this role requires more than strong design craft.
