Reporting to the FRM Director, the FRM serves as a subject matter expert on patient support services, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement, financial assistance programs, and access-related challenges.\nIn this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, and the Dupixent MyWay patient support program to ensure a seamless customer experience and improve patient access to treatment. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain Responsibilities:\nThe Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert relating to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeal, financial assistance, and other business related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit. The FRM is a critical front-line member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services organization and will work across multiple internal stakeholders, Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program) and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
