Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain Responsibilities:\nStrategy & Governance - Develop and continuously evolve the HSE strategy for Commercial Operations and Digital HUB, aligned with Sanofi's global standards and Canadian regulations; lead governance frameworks, performance reporting, and executive engagement, representing HSE on the Commercial Operations Leadership Team.\n Regulatory Compliance - Ensure proactive compliance with Canadian federal/provincial HSE legislation (CEPA, Canada Labour Code Part II, Species at Risk Act, provincial OHS/environmental acts), including permits, licenses, and mandatory reporting.\nCEPA Reporting & Database Ownership - Own and submit CEPA declarations and data on Sanofi's behalf, maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the organization's CEPA database.\n Environmental Compliance Management - Manage programs covering waste, air emissions, water, hazardous materials, and sustainability reporting;
