Ready to get started?\nMain responsibilities:\nSupporting the collection and tracking of Training Subsidy documentation.\nProviding operational support for the day-to-day activities and processes of the Budapest HUB.\nMaintain data up to date in Hub Space Utilization dashboard.\nTaking ownership of assigned tasks and proactively communicating progress and blockers to the team.\nAssist in the management of data, maintaining records, and preparing reports to support business operations and decision-making.\nPerforming documentation and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.\nSupporting facility management processes and workplace-related operations.\nParticipating in process improvement initiatives and operational development projects.\nAssisting in the coordination of internal visits and events, including high-level ones.\nMaintaining and updating information related to company visits, events, and visitor attendance records.\nSupporting procurement processes by submitting and tracking purchase requests in line with operational needs.\nLiaising with external vendors and business partners under the guidance of the team.\nParticipating in meetings and supporting follow-up administrative activities.\nPreparing invitation letters and other administrative documentation required for international visitors and business travelers.\nCollaborate with team members on ad hoc assignments and assigned projects.\nAbout you\n Experience:\nOngoing university studies (active student status, final year) studying a degree in Finance or Economics or related subjects \nMin. 20 -hour availability/week \nSoft and technical skills:\nProblem-solving mindset - resourceful and willing to figure things out rather than waiting to be told what to do\nProactive communication - comfortable asking questions, flagging issues early, and keeping the team informed of progress\nBasic data management and data analysis skills - ability to maintain databases, update records, and ensure data accuracy\nProficient in Microsoft Office (mainly excel) - you'll use these daily for data tracking, reports, and documentation\nAttention to detail - Accuracy matters when maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling documentation\nTeam collaboration - able to work well with colleagues across different functions and seniority levels\nAdaptability - comfortable with changing priorities and ad hoc requests in a dynamic environment\nComfortable learning new digital tools; coaching will be provided, but you should be tech-savvy and quick to pick up new software\nLanguages:\nHungarian language - helpful for local vendor coordination and facility-related tasks\nFluent in English (written and spoken) - this is our working language for documentation, emails, and meetings\nWhy choose us?\nBring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. \nAn international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team \nFlexible home office policy \nYou'll face challenging tasks with professional responsibilities \nTrainee training program opportunity \nInternship and thesis support \nPaid leave for trainees \nJoin a great community & special event (Weekly Yoga/Pilates classes, Monthly Board Game Nights, Summer/Winter Events, Well-Being Lectures & Sport Clubs) \nPursue Progress.
