Join a dynamic, fast paced and talented team, with world class mentorship, using AI to chase the miracle of science\nAbout Growing with us\nIn this role you will\nPlay a critical role in managing, supporting the iCare Salesforce Health Cloud Platform.\nAccountable for delivering Digital Patient Services Products and Solutions assisting Sanofi Patient Services functions.\nLeverages specialized, functional expertise for solving complex functional problems as individual or as team member.\nLeads and executes functional and technical expertise all along the lifecycle (plan, design, build, run) of Digital Patient Services leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud and managed packages.\nProvide solution guidance for highly complex business processes, regulatory (HIPAA, Data Privacy, GxP, etc.), compliance and cybersecurity processes. S/he will leverage the Digital portfolio, catalog of services, existing platforms as well as integrate new industry standards to define and implement the Patient Services products and services.\nAbout you\nLead the design of Patient Support Services (PSS) solutions for large programs, products, and projects.\nActs as Authority and subject matter expert owing standards and practices related to Patient Services functional expertise in Salesforce.\nWork with team and fellow Engineers to track and align on solution built as part of different streams in the Program.\nWork as part of the Agile teams on large programs, governing, shaping the delivery of projects supporting design, architecture, enhancements, with focus on optimizing business processes, finding business and technical alignments across multiple therapeutic areas where possible.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design of Patient Support Services (PSS) solutions for large programs, products, and projects.\nActs as solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, triggers, flows & Omni Components and standard Salesforce features.\nCode reviews: Act as the health cloud expert, providing technical guidance, making technical decisions, and enforcing best practices.\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and middleware (IICS, AWS API GW, etc.).\nWork with architects to define integration patterns and data flow designs.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into technical solutions.\nIntegration: Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services.\nQuality & Performance: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and ensure security, scalability, and data quality.\nMaintain unit test coverage (≥75%) and ensure reliable CI/CD deployments.\nWork with version control tools (Git) and DevOps platforms (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).\nMentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers on the team.\nSystem Support & Enhancements: Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.\nOptimize performance, improve existing automations, and refactor legacy components.\nStay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.\nEssential Skills & Qualifications\n Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Health Cloud features, data models (patient/insurance), and core Salesforce.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, Triggers, Flow builder, OmniStudio and platform security.\nHealthcare Domain Knowledge: Understanding of provider/payer processes, US healthcare ecosystem, and compliance.\nSoft Skills: Excellent communication, experience as Salesforce Engineer with specialization in Salesforce Technologies (Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Shield, Data Masking, Managed packages), Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (AutoRABIT Release Manager and Vault/Copada/GearSets), Salesforce Managed Packages (Adobe E-sign, Service Cloud Voice, AWS Connect) a huge plus.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.\nThe candidate must be detailed oriented, customer driven, able to work well across time zones on a truly global team, and a team player.\nThe ideal candidate will have experience providing consumer or patient facing technologies.\nExpected to carry out core accountabilities with minimal level of supervision for complex tasks and no supervision for more routine
