We will provide training, guidance and support throughout your internship, giving you the opportunity to build your technical knowledge, develop new skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment. At Sanofi, you’ll be empowered to learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life - all while supported by inspiring mentors and collaborative teams.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport colleagues with day-to-day system queries and help troubleshoot technical issues\nAssist with maintaining and supporting systems used across the Waterford site\nHelp manage user access requests and other system administration activities\nUpdate and maintain system, process and project documentation\nWork with Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Digital, Automation and IT colleagues on hardware and software support activities\nContribute ideas and support improvements to existing processes and ways of working\nHelp with the introduction and adoption of new digital and automation solutions\nAbout you\nTo excel in this role you will need to have:\nBe a current university student who will return to university after completing the internship\nHave an interest in technology, systems and problem-solving\nHave some basic technical knowledge or experience and, most importantly, be willing to learn\nHave good communication and interpersonal skills\nEnjoy working with others and contributing as part of a team\nBring a positive, approachable and curious attitude\nBe comfortable asking questions and learning from others\nHave good organisational and time management skills\nA background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or another technical area would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
