Ready to get started?\nMain responsibilities:\nCollecting and organizing accounting documents using templates.\nHelping post and check monthly accounting entries (we’ll show you how!).\nDownloading and putting together monthly reports.\nPreparing simple reports for internal and external audits.\nHelping with lease-related tasks (you’ll learn what these mean).\nUpdating summary files and assisting with data uploads.\nYou’ll get to work with systems like SAP, Blackline, and Nakisa - don’t worry if you haven’t used them before, we’ll teach you.\nYou’ll also learn how financial reports are created and how companies stay compliant with rules (like SOX).\nYour work will directly support our monthly financial reporting.\nYou’ll be part of a team that values accuracy, learning, and collaboration.\nAbout you\nEducation:\nOngoing university studies at Hungarian university (active student status) in economics, finance, or accounting\nExperience:\nA solid understanding of basic accounting principles is important\nExperience in leasing is an advantage\nPreferably 40 -hour availability/week\nSoft and technical skills:\nYou’re comfortable using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. formulas, tables, basic data handling).\nIf you have an interest in IT systems or have used finance tools before, that’s a definite plus.\nYou’re proactive, detail-oriented, and open to learning new things.\nYou communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and enjoy working as part of a team.\nFamiliarity with tools like SAP, Blackline, or Nakisa is an advantage - but don’t worry if you haven’t used them yet.
