Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all site assets, including utilities (e.g., steam, water, compressed air), HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and mechanical systems, infrastructure, and building systems, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation. \nEnsure safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of all maintenance work in alignment with GMP and HSE standards. \nSupervise and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of work and proper documentation in CMMS (SAP/iShift). \nPartner with Production (APUs), Engineering, and Quality to support production schedules, minimize downtime, and ensure reliable asset performance. \nSupport shutdown execution activities, ensuring readiness, scope alignment, and coordination with planning teams. \nManage site infrastructure, mechanical rooms, and facility-related programs (e.g., gembas, repairs), ensuring standards are maintained. \nSupport cost control initiatives and drive efficient use of resources while maintaining safety and compliance. \nRespond to site emergencies and provide on-call support to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.\nKey Roles:\nDefine maintenance execution priorities, resource allocation, and daily/weekly work plans to ensure safe and efficient operations.\nAdvise Maintenance and Site Leadership on execution risks, resource constraints, and operational impacts.\nInform stakeholders on maintenance performance, work execution status, risks, and mitigation actions through established routines.\nAdditional Accountabilities:\n1. Maintenance Execution\nOwn day-to-day maintenance execution across site utilities, facilities, and infrastructure.\nEnsure all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and HSE requirements.\nDrive quality of work execution, ensuring proper job plans, documentation, and CMMS discipline.\n2. Planning & Coordination\nEnsure alignment between planned work, production schedules, and resource availability.\nSupport coordination with Shutdown Planning and ensure execution readiness.\nOptimize resource utilization across trades and contractors\n3. Governance & Performance Management\nMonitor maintenance execution performance (schedule adherence, work completion, backlog).\nEnsure compliance with maintenance standards, SOPs, and global expectations.\nProvide visibility on performance, risks, and execution gaps.\n4. Risk & Issue Management\nIdentify and mitigate risks impacting maintenance execution and site operations.\nLead troubleshooting and structured problem-solving for equipment and system issues.\nEnsure escalation and timely resolution of critical issues.\n5. Cross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate with Production (APUs), Engineering, Reliability, Quality, and Supply Chain.\nSupport project execution, commissioning, and asset handovers.\nEnable integrated execution across maintenance and operations teams.\n6. Continuous Improvement\nDrive continuous improvement in maintenance execution using Lean and best practices.\nSupport implementation of digital tools and CMMS improvements.\nPromote standardization and efficiency across maintenance activities.\nHSE Requirement/Statement:\nEnsure full compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure safe execution of all maintenance work.\nEnsure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures by employees and contractors.\nParticipate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.\nTake all reasonable precautions to protect the health and safety of personnel.
