The platforms range from manual processes through to high-speed, high volume automated production lines.\nWe deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams. Your job, as Maintenance Planner will be to:\nEquipment Maintenance & Reliability\nPerform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment across the four Product Supply lines: Lyophilised Vial Semi-Automated Visual Inspection, Pre-Filled Syringe Manual Visual Inspection, Auto-Injector Assembly & Packaging, and Lyophilised Vial Packaging\nCarry out maintenance troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment faults, minimizing production downtime\nExecute scheduled maintenance task lists and planned maintenance activities in line with the site maintenance plan\nInterpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to support repairs, upgrades, and fault-finding\nCompliance & Quality\nEnsure all maintenance activities are carried out in full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements\nMaintain safety compliance standards at all times when working on or around production equipment\nComplete accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation to support audit and regulatory readiness\nSupport investigations related to equipment deviations, breakdowns, or non-conformances\nOperational Support\nRespond promptly to breakdowns and production line stoppages across the APU to restore equipment availability\nSupport changeovers, line clearances, and equipment set-up between product/format runs\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in line with site housekeeping and 5S standards\nCollaborate with Production, Automation, and Quality teams to resolve issues affecting line performance\nContinuous Improvement\nApply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of recurring equipment issues\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, OEE, and reduce downtime\nSupport the Opex & Smart Factory agenda through participation in improvement projects\nProvide input on preventive maintenance plans based on hands-on equipment experience\nStakeholder Relationship Management\nLiaise with Engineering & Maintenance, Automation, and Manufacturing Operations teams to coordinate maintenance priorities\nSupport training or knowledge-sharing with production operators on basic equipment care where relevant.\nAbout you\nExperience in a highly regulated GMP environment.\nStrong problem solving and communication skills.\nStrong documentation generation and execution skills.\nAutomation experience is desirable.\nStrong attention to detail and quality focus\nWhy choose us?\nBring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.\nDiscover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.\nPlay an instrumental part in creating best practice within our manufacturing facility.\nOur Waterford site is easily accessible from the M9 and offers excellent facilities including a subsidized restaurant and newly refurbished gym.\nPursue Progress.
