At Sanofi, you’ll be empowered to learn, ask questions, and bring your ideas to life - all while supported by inspiring mentors and collaborative teams.\nMain responsibilities:\nSupport day-to-day laboratory operations, including safety checks, chemical inventory management, sample handling and maintaining an organised working environment.\nGain hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, including lyophilisation (freeze-drying) of biologics and protein characterisation.\nAssist with laboratory testing, scientific investigations and experimental activities under the guidance of experienced scientists.\nSupport the planning, execution and documentation of technical studies, helping to analyse findings and explore potential solutions.\nContribute to projects focused on improving manufacturing processes, introducing new products and supporting existing products throughout their lifecycle.\nAssist with laboratory equipment checks, documentation and maintaining accurate experimental records.\nCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot scientific challenges, share ideas and explore new approaches to laboratory work.\nAbout you\nTo excel in this role you will need to have:\nCurrently studying in the second or third year of a university degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biopharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific discipline.\nA basic understanding of laboratory practices and scientific principles gained through your studies.\nA genuine interest in science, laboratory experimentation and learning new techniques.\nStrong attention to detail, curiosity and a willingness to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.\nGood communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to ask questions, share ideas and seek guidance when needed.\nA proactive approach to learning, openness to feedback and willingness to take initiative as your knowledge develops.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nPrevious industry experience is not required.
